Q: How do I find the custom jerseys I want to buy?

Find on home page the category of the item you want to buy (in the category list on the top of the page below the site title), move your mouse to the category name, you will see a list of sub-categories. Choose the one your item belongs to, and you will to transferred to the product page. You can choose the item you want to buy here.

Q: How do I make my favorite custom jerseys that I didn't find online?

Please contact us and tell us what’s your idea. We would be happy to send you a free mock-up of your design and a modest price quote based on exactly what you want.

Q: How do I place an order?

To save your time and reach our support quickly, please follow below steps:

  • After click the item you are looking for, select size and fill in name, number, material, then click Add to Cart. Review the items in your shopping cart. Enter coupons or discount codes if you have any. https://coupluxe.com/contact-us
  • When you are ready, click Proceed to Checkout. Choose your check out method as guest or registered customer(registered customers can log in from the right page). Click Continue and you will be transferred to the payment page. Please indicate the destination for the product, the method of payment and the billing address. Review your order information.
  • You may edit your address and payment information.Select “Process Order” to complete checkout. Do not forget to keep the order information in a secure place in case that you may need to check your order status.
Q: How do you send my personalized jerseys?

We are proud to use DHL/USPS as our primary carrier. Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going.

Q: How long will I get my custom jerseys?

Currently, our production time is 3-6 days business days. An average delivery time of 8-12 business days.

If your order choose Expedited Shipping service, the delivery time is 5-9 business days.

If your order choose Expedited DHL/FedEx Shipping service, the delivery time is 3-7 business days. Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.

Q: How to track my order?

If you are a registered member of our website, you may track your order using the “Order Inquiry” link. Or, our Customer Service can help you track your order. And when we get the tracking number from the express company, we also can send it and the tracking link to track the parcel’s status.

Of course, after your order is shipped, you will receive an email in your mail, which contains the tracking number, and you can use tracking number to check the latest status of your order on this page.

Q: How do I find the items size fitting me & change my order or cancel my order?

Since your personalized jerseys are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $10 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason of the cancellation, and we will try to retrieve it back.

Q: How do I return the items to your company?

Our personalized jerseys cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged. Please refer to our Shipping&Returns Policy on Damaged/Misprinted Items or please contact our customer service for return.

Q: How many payment methods do you accept & Can I change the destination country on my order?

It’s available through PayPal/Stripe. If you meet any payment issues when you order, please feel free to contact with our Customer Service, thanks.

After placing your order, you may not change your shipping from domestic to international and vice versa.

Q: Why do you charge my card more than price of your product?

We only receive the product price. The extra money may be charged by the bank as the bank fee. Hope you can understand. Note: Since there is exchange conversion, cross-border fees (Charged by issuing bank) and etc., there is a difference between the actual charge and transaction amount, and the proportion will be depending on the bank.

How do I upload a logo?

Click on the ‘Choose File.’ Select the logo file from your computer and upload it.

Please note that you can only upload the following file formats: gif, jpg, jpeg, png, or vector file format like eps, ai, cdr, etc. We only accept high-quality images, minimum of 400×400 pixels. Please contact us via email if you want to put two logos or any other position.

Can I put a logo or emblem on my apparel?

Yes, you can upload your own logo on the product page. We can also suggest logos or emblems for you. Be aware of uploading copyrighted work without authority constitutes an infringement.

Can I replace the team name on the front with a team logo?

Yes, you can. To better help you customize your jerseys, you’d better get in touch with us at Support@customteamjersey.us or via online chat. Our professional service team will help you complete the entire customization process.

How do you send my personalized jerseys?

Use overlay text to give your customers insight into your brand. Select image and text that relates to your style and story.
